Overview
To determine the pilling and fuzzing property of textile which random tumble inside roller accorded with standard ASTM D3512. Air source installation
connect the air source at the air source interface of the pressure regulating valve and adjust the pressure regulating valve to 0.3MPa.
Put in cork lining
Cut the standard cork liner to the appropriate size and place it in the test chamber.
Put in sample
Use a sampling board to take a sample of a certain size and put it into the test chamber. Place a small ball of gray soft cotton on top of the sample and close the chamber door.
Start testing
Before the test, turn on the gas source, click Clear, and click Start to start the test.
Lighting
Turn on the lights to facilitate observation of the samples in the test chamber.
Observe sample
After the test, take out the sample and compare it with the standard.
