Overview
M010 ICI Pilling Tester is used to assess surface pilling degree for fabrics particularly wool knitted fabric.
The color touchscreen controller has all the standard tests preloaded so tests can be started with just a couple of touches. Magnetic backed cork liners make cork changes easy without the need tow remove the box from the drive.

Operation
Cut samples to standard
Cut the sample and make it according to GB/T4802.3-1997 national standard.
Check the pilling box
Check the pilling box, the box must be clean, without any wool fiber.
Put in sample
Put the sample carrying tube with the sample set into the box.close the box cover and buckle the lock box.
Preset parameter
Plug in the power plug to turn on the power switch, preset the speed and times.
Start testing
press the start button, after the completion of the experiment, the instrument will automatically stop.
Observe sample
take out the sample for observation.
