Operation (Abrasion Test)
Set parameters
Turn on the power and enter the test interface.Set parameters according to standard requirements.
Place rubbing cloth
Place standard (140mm) wear-resistant cloth and felt on the test board,Press it down with a heavy hammer,Take out the bracket and rotate it to fix the friction cloth.
Latch screw
When doing the wear resistance test, place the three pin screws in the outermost holes.
Install specimen
Place the cut sample and sponge pad into the grinding head,tighten the sample with the help of sample clamps.
Add weight
The mounted sample is placed on the test board,fix with connecting rod,add corresponding weights as needed.
Start testing
After clearing the count, click "Start" to start the test,observe the corresponding motion curve.After the test is completed, take out the sample and observe its degree of wear.
Operation (Pilling Test )
Set parameters
Turn on the power and enter the test interface. Set parameters according to standard requirements.
Place rubbing cloth

During the pilling and pilling test, all three pin screws were put into the middle holes.
Install specimen
Cut the corresponding sample and install it with a quick locking ring.
Add weight
The installed sample is placed on the test plate, fixed with connecting rods, and the corresponding weight is added as required.
Start testing
Set parameters such as times and speed according to needs,start testing after clearing. After the test, observe the fluffing and pilling of the sample.
