1. Upper fixtures are driven by motor to do reciprocating motion with horizontal shaft. Downward moving angle is 22.5  0.5.
2.Flexing times can be set and real flexing times is display at real time.

The test piece is continuously wetted on one surface and is flexed and compressed in the same manner as the sole of a shoe during walking. This enables various aspects of heavy leather water resistance to be measured with respect to time.

Take two shoelaces cross reciprocally. Fix the both ends of one shoelace onto the movable fixture which is able to do reciprocating linear motion. The other piece of shoelace, fix one end onto corresponding fixture, the other end is connected to a weight through the pulley. Two reciprocally crossing shoelaces rub against each other via movable fixtures’ reciprocating motion. Interval time can be set. When preset test times reached, machine stop working automatically. Interval time reaches, machine continue to work. In such reciprocal work until reaches preset test times reached or sample break, counter stop to counting, so as to be able to test sample resistance to abrasion property.

Mount the specified sample onto the friction plate horizontally as standard required. The sample surface needed to test face down, applying certain load, use the method of horizontal pulling to pull the sample at a certain speed, measured its maximum tension, and calculate the static coefficient of friction, so as to measure sample’s static non-slip performance.

The test shoes are loaded with steel balls, a temperature probe is inserted into the insole of the shoes, and then the shoes are sealed with heating insulation sleeve, and placed in a cryogenic box to observe the temperature change in the sole and determine the insulation situation.

To stick or sew the outsole of non leather materials onto canvas belt surface, and belt is installed on the rotor shaft. Start the machine and rotor shaft, outsole will be flexed. After flexing for a certain of times, inspect the damage and crack condition for outsole, so as to assess its resistance to flex property. The belt rotating due to big rotary wheel drives small rotary wheel. Three different small rotary wheels with different diameter are optional to meet test requirements.

Sample is touched with heat source(constant temperature metal block) under fixed pressure for about 1 minute, after that, visually inspect damage degree of sample surface, such as softening, melting, craze, etc. Determine whether it is qualified or not according to standards.
