This instrument is used to measure the moisture regain rate of raw cotton in cotton purchasing and processing departments, cotton textile factories and textile fiber inspection units.

The fineness/maturity meter of cotton fiber by twice compressed air method is applicable to measure the micronaire value, linear density (metric number) and maturity (including maturity ratio and percentage of mature fiber, which can be converted into maturity coefficient by empirical formula) of cotton fiber.

Used to analyze the length of cotton fiber or chemical staple fiber, consisting of two parts: fiber extender and analyzer. Performance is in line with GB/T6908.1.

The instrument uses constant friction, twenty-head testing, and uses an ARM microcomputer for detection and data processing. Frequency conversion speed regulation, touch screen human-computer interaction can display the average number of wear resistance, coefficient of variation of wear resistance, maximum value, minimum value and the single value of twenty yarns for each batch of tested yarns.
