Overview
This instrument is suitable for the national standard GB/T1798-2008 "Raw Silk Test Method", which is used to detect the cohesion force of yarn, cocoon and raw silk, and to test the firmness of mutual cohesion of various yarns. This instrument can also be used for chemical fibers, yarns Rubbing fastness test of wires and other materials.
Raw silk is made up of several cocoon threads that are glued together and merged with each other. This is the cohesive force of raw silk. If the cohesion of raw silk is poor, the thread structure will not be firm, with many filaments, poor pulling force, and poor friction resistance. During the weaving process, breakage easily occurs, which affects the quality. By detecting the inherent quality of raw silk, it is relatively stable, so it is very important to use this instrument to detect sample silk.

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.
