Pick Counter is designed to test the yarn density of woven fabric, woven silk, screen cloth and knitted fabric automatically and precisely. Also used to measure the thickness of single yarn and the dimension of fabric core. Data is saved by generating reports instantly. 

Pick Counter is applicable for measuring the warp, weft and density for various kinds of textiles in textiles factories, knitting mill, science research units fields.

Put sample fabrics and control specimen into chamber, stop the test until the color of control specimen changes to the fading color as standard fading required. And compare with grey scale for color assessment. If without color changes after one test cycle, continue to test specified testing times or the testing cycle which will be able to change color.

Mount sample into the fixture and hang on vertically inside test chamber. Burn the underneath of sample with specified height of flame for a certain of time, record the time of afterflame and smoldering, damaged length, so as to assess its flammability property.

Elmendorf tearing tester uses stable mechanical clamps, sample is fixed in the clamp and use the equipped blade to cut a crack, sample is torn along the crack direction by releasing the moveable clamp, convert the work and get value of tearing in a certain length to ballistic tearing strength.
