Overview
To determine textile damaged area and length at 45 degree condition and the times of touching flame when textile is melted to specified length after heated at 45 degree condition.
Stainless steel test cabinet with glass observation panel provided with automatic timing of flame spread in 0.1 second increments from ignition. Automatic or manual flame impingement for 1,5 or 20 seconds.

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.
