Setting
Set the corresponding conditions on the instrument: the number of loops of yarn to be shaken and the speed.
Adjust the tension
Adjust the tension indicator according to the test requirements.
Prepare yarn
Lead the yarn to the presser of the frame as shown in the yarn path diagram and fix it.
Wind yarn
Press the "Start" button, the frame will rotate and start to wind the yarn.
Cut the yarn
when the frame rotation reaches the set number of turns to stop, in a fixed position to cut the yarn bundle.
Sampling
Trigger the "blade lifting handle", lower the blade to take down the stranded yarn. Finish sampling once.
